80 years in the making: 1947–2027
Carib turns 80 in 2027. That birthday is the foundation of the US story: eight decades of Trinidad & Tobago brewing become the proof point that lifts Carib from a niche diasporic import to an aspirational mainstream import. With US brewing at Cape Canaveral, Florida, the anniversary year is the moment Carib introduces itself to all of America.

Ritual pivot · proposed service specification
Caribbean Cold Pour · Ice-cold chalice pour
The Cold Pour is a service ritual, not a product line: a frosted signature chalice, one steady pour and a clean collar of foam, with nothing added. It is served only with the Carib Heritage line (including the 80th editions) and the Caribbean Gold line. The lager recipe is unchanged; validate service, equipment and economics before rollout.
Default pilot serve
Ice-cold chalice pour: a frosted signature chalice, one steady pour and a clean collar of foam, handed to the guest label-forward. Nothing is added to the glass.
Pilot comparison
Standard bottle serve: the comparison serve in the pilot, not a second ritual.
Release gate
Compare the ice-cold chalice pour against a standard bottle serve with adult guests. Review preference, repeat intent, service time, breakage and cost; Carib signs off before expansion. Targets and budget remain to be agreed.
No fruit, wheel, twist or garnish of any kind, and no change to the lager recipe. Chill the chalice and the lager; serve in a standard glass or bottle if a chilled chalice is unavailable. Validate service time, hygiene, glassware handling, breakage and cost before rollout.
